Handled was started by two people who've spent years making other people's lives easier. Combined, over seven years in luxury hospitality, sorting the kind of requests most people don't know who to ask for.

Reservations at places that don't take walk-ins. Events that are sold out. Chauffeurs who actually turn up on time. Cleaners you don't have to worry about. We built up the contacts and the trust to make these things simple. Now we're doing it properly, for people who'd rather not deal with it themselves.

No call centre, no ticket number. Just us, and a “we'll sort it” that we mean.
